History
The story of La Tartareria begins one summer night, when Tere comes up with the idea of setting up a restaurant specializing in tartares, she tells her husband Pedro the idea and together with two partners who love the idea, they decide set up what we know today as La Tartareria, the first restaurant with tartare as the protagonist in Barcelona.
This is how at the end of 2018, La Tartareria Raw food began its journey, after renovating a premises in Barcelona's Eixample.
In a short period of time they get the recognition of their clients and the local press, arriving in 2022 the recognition of the Michelin Guide recommending the restaurant as one of the best in Barcelona.
